The Trust for Public Land uses the information you voluntarily provide to help us decide what website content, publications, emails, and other information would most help you meet your conservation goals and to shape our Web content and email outreach. The Trust for Public Land shares aggregate information about Web users and Web usage with our contractors who help us shape Web content to user interests and otherwise improve our website. Email policy

The Trust for Public Land provides forms on its website where users can sign-up to receive email publications and email notices and conservation topics. No one is placed on a regular email list that has not requested subscription through these forms or in some other manner. Users can unsubscribe from any email list on the registration section of our website or through the unsubscribe link on any email we send you. As new email publications are developed, users may be sent an invitation to subscribe.

Credit card information is retained only as long as necessary to complete the donation or purchase request of the user.

We take utmost precaution to protect credit card information, but users who prefer not to use credit cards for online donations can complete the mail-in and fax donation form available here.

Cookies are pieces of information that are stored on your computer and are used for record keeping purposes. The Trust for Public Land uses cookies to facilitate authentication and personalization on our website. We use only anonymous information (such as IP address) to track how our online visitors use our website. Our email newsletter system requires a password to access the subscription management page.
